DMCA Policy for Shredded Beef Chimichangas

Shredded Beef Chimichangas is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications to Shredded Beef Chimichangas.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Shredded Beef Chimichangas to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled by Shredded Beef Chimichangas, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information.   • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Shredded Beef Chimichangas may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Shredded Beef Chimichangas will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original party does not initiate legal action within 10-14 business days, Shredded Beef Chimichangas may, at its sole discretion, restore the removed content.
